Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours (one full day) prior to the scheduled event. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances — even when a cancellation is made within this window. The deposit reserves your date and holds the requested equipment specifically for your event, so it is retained regardless of when the cancellation occurs.
